About the Author

Let me start out by telling you a little about me, the author, and this book. My name is Lara Sansen, and I reside in California. This book is designed as a self-help workbook, where you can take notes and record your experiences.

I am a spiritual life coach, with more than ten years' experience rebuilding positive relationships in families. I hold local speaking and charity events in my hometown and surrounding areas. I also provide individuals and groups intuitive spiritual coaching, like marriage coaching, addiction coaching, and business coaching. I provide my clients with the support they desire to find spiritual healing, physical direction, understanding of their own needs and comprehension in all areas of their life, including nutritional aspects along with personal training within the gym.

My clients also receive the understanding and knowledge of living an abundant life through positive thinking while learning how to maintain use of my coaching tools in their everyday life: life transformation, healthier lifestyle, fitness and wellness, selfempowerment, positive sexual exploration, spirituality, personal growth, meditation, tools to overcome stress within their work life or home, self-improvement and personal growth.

I spend ample time with God, the Holy spirit, and the archangels in meditation prior to each spiritual coaching, while remaining in connection with these leaders throughout the session. I listen to the direction of the voice that comes from the "white light" also know as God's impression and guidance.

My clients have the opportunity to share and ask questions on any topic. I then share the communication, guidance and understanding I have received from the Holy Spirit. This is the foundation of one of my many gifts I have received from God, by understanding him through this realistic approach. Motivating and building foundational excellence for people is a powerful tool. I believe, for every family or couple I coach, I will have changed past lives and lives to come. Life is what we make of it, and sometimes we all need a new direction to take or listen to a new outlook. Even I need coaching from time to time. It's natural for everyone to seek help when they're in need of a new approach in life.

I give my analysis from meeting my clients rather it’s, in person or over the phone. I pray to God for direction and guidance so I can help my clients. I show them how to relate and then open up the paths they have walked, whether it be in present, past or future lives. I focus on helping people overcome post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including but not limited to, law enforcement officers and military people, who have witnessed a horrible death. I am here to help my clients' whole family no matter the children's age. If they are early adults and still living at home, I will coach my clients on the basics of living on their own. How to handle money while saving and planning for the future. If my clients have younger children, I will coach them on re-parenting if needed. This is one of my many gifts I have received from the Holy Spirit.
