Lloyd J. Edwards Jr. is a retired police lieutenant and bureau commander from Huntington Beach, California. He holds a degree in management and has taught classes for California’s Police Supervisory Leadership Institute and the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy. He is a father and a commercial pilot with thirty years of law enforcement experience.
