About the Author

Dr. Charles E. Schwarz, professor emeritus, holds graduate degrees in History & Mathematics and a doctorate in Philosophy of Education from Rutgers University. Charles Schwarz is the author of over seventy mystery short stories and is an active member of Mystery Writers and PI Writers of America. His stories have appeared in numerous magazines.
