It's full of poems, some funny, some sad.
It has everything in it, from a homely cowboy to a boy and his dad.

Most are fiction, but some are true.
My main objective was to entertain you.

This little book took a lot of time.
I really racked my brain coming up with all the rhymes.

But it all paid off and I hope that you'll agree.
There are some great ones here-just between you and me.

So tell your friends about me, I'd like to be a star.
And if I sell enough of them, I can buy a brand new car.

About the Author

Ed Folino is a life-long poet who is just now launching his publishing career at the age of 60. Ed has lived and worked his entire life in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he is an avid Steeler fan and office worker. A keen observer of life around him, Ed draws his inspiration from watching relationships grow, blossom and change over time. He is also known for his dry sense of humor that belies his quiet demeanor. His soft-spoken style also masks a sensitive side that Ed expresses best in his poetry. This first volume of poetry is only the first step in Ed?s creative career, which he hopes will include song-writing and more volumes of ever-improving poetry.
