About the Book
Our purpose is not to cure you. We can't do that. Legally, ethically, and realistically we encourage you to seek medical help. This book seeks solely to be an aid in your journey towards overcoming panic disorder. And that, our dear jittery friends, is the good news it is a journey, but most journeys do eventually end.
Forget the dark and somber books that address panic disorder-Two Anxious Folk offers a humorous look at the condition that affects millions of people around the world. Not everyone sees the humor in mental illness, but Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde stepped into the ring with panic disorder and came out laughing. Jekyll and Hyde take you through an enlightening, touching, and witty view of anxiety and share how it affected them and their loved ones.
In stark contrast to other books on the subject, Two Anxious Folk approaches the topic in an informative yet irreverent fashion. So hold on to your sedatives and break out that big squishy stress ball-these two are about to rock your mental world.
