About the Author
Michael B. Colegrove is currently Vice President for Student Services and Director of Leadership Studies at the University of the Cumberlands located in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He has earned a BS from Cumberland College, MA from Eastern Kentucky University and a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University. He served 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
