About the Book
The new millennium has already been marked by wonder and terror. About the Author
Doug Bower is a United Methodist minister who has been serving circuits. He was appointed to the Johnson-Rays Circuit, the Morgan Circuit, and the Bishop Circuit of the Athens-Elberton District of the North Georgia Conference. He also has a Ph.D. in counseling from the University of Georgia.
