Is love supposed to hurt? Is love supposed to disfigure, degrade and control? Does love isolate you or demand unattainable expectations? Is love just a word or is it an action of the heart, body and spirit?

How do you love others? What type of love do you give, receive or think you deserve? Should love help or hinder, nurture or nag? Is love joyful or an act of jealous rage? Does love release warmth or warning?

Take a journey with me as I share my testimony of a love gone bad through domestic violence. It is my prayer that you will gain insight, courage, and wisdom with the turn of each page.
