Jim Stroup is a retired U.S. Marine who has developed, managed, and consulted with a wide variety of international organizations. He is widely sought for his unique insights and advice deriving from his diverse work, observational, and academic experience. He presently lives in Istanbul, Turkey, where he consults and writes.
