About the Author
Joan Houlihan is the Executive Director of Atria Woodbriar Assisted Living in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This community is home to more than one hundred residents who suffer from difficulties with memory. Joan speaks frequently in the Boston Metropolitan area on the topic of memory and senior healthcare. Cape Cod, Massachusetts is home.
Adam Rosenbaum is president of The Ecos Group, a consulting company that provides learning services to clients deploying SAP accounting and manufacturing computer systems. He has been involved with corporate training programs in North and South America since 1994. Adam lives with his wife and son in Davis, California.
