About the Author

Liang-Ching Wang, a U.S. citizen born in China, came to the United States in 1957 for graduate study. Beyond his engineering career, he also has researched in Chinese history and culture since his childhood. He has written some other Chinese historical and cultural books, including Historical Outline of China.
