About the Author
Michael B. Colegrove is currently vice president for student services and director of leadership studies at Cumberland College, located in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He earned his B.S. from Cumberland College, followed by an M.A. from Eastern Kentucky University and a Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University. He served thirty years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
