About the Book
Upon the death of her grandmother, Amaré realizes she is alone. Orphaned as a small child, she now begins to experience shocking memories that emerge and force her to relive the horror of a mysterious and forgotten past.
She embarks on a journey of love and discovery as she begins to uncover the mysteries that have paralyzed and distorted her existence. Between London, the English countryside, Paris, and California, Amaré is committed to uncovering the truth behind her pain.
She will be confronted with the wizardry of modern technology as well as ancient mysticism and teachings, both helping her wind her way through the dark and somber labyrinth of her unconscious.
The story is about repressed trauma, and the courage to face one's demons. It explores the relationship between the mind and the body, and centers on the journey of the soul towards truth and light. It is a testimony to individual redemption through self-forgiveness.
