About the Book
A single influence is cast like a giant shadow over the entire art of Japanese Sword. This is the influence of the Samurai Myamoto Musashi, a legendary warrior that pursued a single philosophy. Musashi put down his philosophy as a guide for the student to study in The Book of Five Rings. Along with techniques and strategy, Musashi challenged his reader to use two swords, saying only that it was difficult but practice would make it easier.
This book studies Nito Ichi Do (two as one method) the realization of the author's efforts to understand the use of two swords and is the summation of considerable research and practice. The author has given in detail the techniques involved in a manner that is apparent to the reader. The subject matter covers a complete system in the study, practice and use of swords in this manner. Given here is the material necessary for reader that wishes to follow this way.
