About the Author
Michael B. Colegrove is Vice President for Student Services and Director of Leadership Studies at the University of the Cumberlands located in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
He is a retired Colonel and former U.S. Army War College instructor. He earned his BS from Cumberland College, MA from Eastern Kentucky University and PhD from Vanderbilt University.
