About the Author

Michelle Pettway has been a licensed real estate in the state of Georgia for several years. Her field of expertise is the preforeclosure market. She also enjoys teaching and training others in the field real estate.Originally from New York, Michelle attended The State University of New York at New Paltz. In 1991 she relocated to the Metro Atlanta area where she met her now husband of seventeen years, together they have two teenage daughters. Michelle and her family are faithful members of Saint Philip AME church in Decatur GA, where Michelle is also a dedicated Class Leader. Michelle also holds a seat on the Education Committee for the Dekalb Association of Realtors, and is the CEO of her own training and consulting company, MCP Enterprises, LLC. This is the first of many books she plans to publish in the coming years.
