About the Author
Mike Policano provided financial restructuring advisory services to the troubled company community for over 25 years. After time with Arthur Andersen and Zolfo Cooper, Mike co-founded Policano & Manzo which provided services to institutions such as JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citibank and Bankers Trust in matters ranging from Arthur Andersen to Kmart to Xerox. Mike speaks at MBA programs including Villanova, Harvard Business School and Yale.
