About the Author
Alan Geibe is the author of over 400 poems. A native of Russellville, Arkansas, he began writing short stories in elementary school. While attending high school, he discovered a passion for poetry and wrote with fervor. During his college years he rejected the study of writing poetry instead focusing on his own unique style which has evolved into a form he has labeled ?written word?, reminiscent of today?s ?spoken word? artists. He has published in three anthologies. In 2000 One More For The Passengers was used for a song that appears on a CD by an independent recording artist. He has also written two unpublished novels. Currently residing in Longview, Texas, Alan Geibe continues to write and in his spare time he manages an entertainment retail superstore.
