However, unexplainable events appear when a Grandmommy tells the story about a night during her childhood.

Other worldly creatures make Zena aware of good and evil and the need for self-esteem.

Zena meets scary creatures, as well as an adorable puppy dog. She has a fight with her best friend and has to learn how to handle making up with her.

She has authored fourteen books for children and teens, both fiction and non-fiction.

A Holocaust survivor, she is especially sensitive to the needs of her young audience.

Marci Chorpash is a California artist whose work involves charm and captures a select, but devoted clientele. She sells her paintings mostly on the West Coast.

Her illustrations of TREEmendous have sold in Germany with a translation of the title in English.

Marci is newly married and lives in Porter Ranch with her husband and a Golden Retriever.
