About the Author
Philip Gould of Charlottesville, Virginia, a native Chicagoan has been a journalist in New York and other U.S. cities, and a U.S. government information officer in Munich, Calcutta, Tel Aviv, Moscow, Amsterdam, Rabat and Washington. At the turn of the new century, his latest work has been published or is upcoming in a range of literary journals.
