About the Author

This author is a native of the Republic of Liberia, West Coast of Africa, a thirty-five years legal resident of the United States, and is currently residing in the State of California. He is a self-sponsored immigrant to the U.S. following a brief course of study in the U.S. under the sponsorship of the USAID program for developing countries. As a police lieutenant, he was privileged to attend the International Police Academy, Washington D.C., John F. Kennedy Special Warfare School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the U.S. Naval Base, Great Lakes, Illinois.
