About the Author
Robert Kogan retired after 30 years in mental health administration and turned to his lifelong passion of writing poetry. His first book, Rhymes of Romance: Poems of Passion was published in November 1999. He passed away June 8, 2000, at his home in Norman, Oklahoma, just two days after completing this second volume.
