About the Author
Bob Rosenberg is a retired endodontist (root canal specialist). The endodontist?s life is about bringing compassion to terrified patients and the delivery of highly technical clinical care to people who would invariably prefer to be someplace else. Dr. Bob is a former chair of endodontics at the UCSF School of Dentistry and has been involved in the American Association of Endodontists, having served on its board of directors and as president of its Research and Education Foundation. He is also the founder of SOFFE, the Society of Fly-Fishing Endodontists.
Bob cofounded the Ross Valley Girls Softball League, currently serves on the board of directors of the Henry?s Fork Foundation, and is the volunteer coordinator of the Great Chefs of Marin benefit for the Lifehouse Agency, an organization assisting developmentally disabled adults. Bob and his wife, Susan, have two adult daughters. His personal pursuits include fly fishing, hiking, and attempting to gain proficiency on the alto saxophone. Guy Lampard has had a successful career in marketing in the financial sector for more than twenty years and is a partner with a money management firm in California. He is a former partner at Montgomery Securities and was senior managing director at Banc of America Securities. During his career at Montgomery and Banc of America, his roles included director of the International Department, deputy head of Institutional Sales, director of marketing, and representative on the Equity Management and Commitment committees. Guy serves on the boards of the India IT Fund, California Historical Foundation, California Historical Society and the Heyday Institute, and is a Chairman's Council member of Conservation International. In addition to his volunteer work as a board member of numerous organizations, he has volunteered as a tutor to disadvantaged children, been the chairman of numerous fundraising events and coached Little League for five years. Guy and his wife, Suzanne, live in Northern California where he enjoys golf and the outdoors.
