About the Author

Dr. Malayter has been a college professor, trainer and consultant for over 15 years. She is currently the Assistant Dean for the College of Arts and Science at National-Louis University and owns her own consulting business, Innovations in Change, www.docmaria.com. Maria lives in the Chicago area where she enjoys volunteering, painting and photography.
