About the Author

Hal Moroz is a Professor of Law, a Lawyer, a Judge, and a Patriot. He is a retired U.S. Army airborne Infantry officer, a former candidate for Congress, Special Counsel to Georgia?s First Congressional District (Republican) Committee for the 2000 Elections, and a Presidential Ballot Inspector/Observer in Florida.
