About the Book

Three curious and mischievous siblings—nine-year-old Kirk, eight-year-old Chelsea, and six-year-old Samantha—are ready for a whole new set of adventures! First, the whole family leaves their home in Washington to take a vacation to Southern California. They stop to visit an old Spanish mission, where the children stumble on a surprising secret. Then the family travels to Switzerland for Dad’s work. While on an outing, Samantha seems to disappear. Where could she have gone? In exciting and sometimes scary journeys that take them all over the world, the children explore ice caves, deal with a runaway bus, and take an accidental canoe trip down river rapids. Together they learn that while life can throw some curve balls at times, anything is possible if you work together. In this collection of children’s stories, the second in a series, three high-spirited siblings experience a series of thrilling and unusual encounters that teach them to rely on each other.

About the Author

Arthur Sealls is a retired international banker who created these tales as bedtime stories for his grandchildren and their friends. His previous book, The Three Little Heroes: Book One, earned iUniverse’s Editor’s Choice Award. He resided in Washington State until his passing in 2009. These stories have continued to be read to his grandchildren.
