The names of the characters have been changed as well as the sequence of events in order to give the story more flow.

This book gives the reader an insight into the Vietnam war from the perspective of those who chose to serve. It covers such topics as duty, honor, and service to one's nation. It deals with the moral of staying true to ones ideals and beliefs in the face of those opposing what you were doing.

About the Author

Dennis Wayne Ziniel is a U.S. Navy veteran who served in Helicopter Combat support squadron seven, with its Search and Rescue mission in Vietnam from 1968 until 1973. He was in a unique position to view all segments of the squadron mission, and lost a very close friend in the war. This work is dedicated to him. Dennis and his wife Linda live in Mandan, North Dakota. They have six children and seven grandchildren as well as one great grand child.
