About the Book

Twenty-one-year-old Ava Sonders is independent and slightly cynical, and she has never been in love. About the Author

Kelly Hurley has spent most of her life reading as much as possible as research for her own book. She lives, reads, and works in the Twin Cities of Minnesota with her husband and two 'babies', a very large cat and a very tiny dog. How to Be a Rock Star's Ex-Girlfriend is her first novel.
