About the Author

Michael B. Colegrove is Vice President for Student Services and Director of Leadership Studies at the University of the Cumberlands located in Williamsburg, Kentucky.

He is a retired Colonel and former U.S. Army War College instructor. He earned his B.S from Cumberland College, M.A. from Eastern Kentucky University and Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
