Nancy Caputi Shnider lives in New York City. She baked professionally for 15 years in many capacities: from selling desserts to restaurants to on-premises baking to executive dining to catering. Nancy studied pastry arts at the Peter Kump Cooking School in NYC. She is currently an ESL teacher in the Public School System. She uses her extensive background in the culinary arts to embellish lessons in world cultures, geography, health, and history.
