About the Author

Wayne Dwight Richards, a native of California, was born in 1948. Currently he works for the state of California as a biological systems analyst. His interests include science-fiction; raising tropical fish; gardening; gourmet cooking; and hiking in the California mountains. He has been married twice and has one son.
