About the Book

Theresa Baker is the reverend's youngest child, and the child who observes the growing dysfunction in her home, while trying to stay above the water herself. She is the child who watches the lives of her two older brothers turn upside down, and a change that takes place in the father she once idolized, all the while, finding herself falling into a depression, that nearly claims her life.

This is the true story of the Reverend Leon Baker's three wayward, and confused children, who seek every path to love, peace and happiness, but the path, that leads to righteousness.

About the Author

As a child, I communicated my feelings and thoughts, at my best, in writing. I wrote poetry, song lyrics and short stories, that expressed real life circumstances, and heartfelt emotion. There was no denying, that I would one day seek to have one, or many, of my writings published. I thank God for the gift of writing which He has graciously given me, and even the hardship, which has allowed me to grow in more ways than one. I am also deeply blessed and grateful for the three beautiful children God allowed me to nurture and receive joy from, and for my amazing parents, who have shown me MUCH love.

My family and I are currently living on the Big Island in the beautiful state of Hawaii.
