About the Author

Charles Raymond Dillon is widely traveled in the Americas and Europe. He has written many non-fiction books and historical novels. Dillon received a B.A. from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. He is a diplomate of both the Air War College and Naval War College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
