About the Author

Dwight F. Bickel has been an attorney for 42 years, and has been admitted to the practice of law in Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, and Illinois. He presently limits his practice to estate planning matters, with emphasis on living trusts. Mr. Bickel is the author of Living Trusts: Forms and Practice, a professional book for estate planning attorneys published by Lexis Publishing (Matthew Bender & Company) which is used as a reference in many university and law firm libraries throughout the country. The book is also a part of Matthew Bender's Elder Law "Authority" CDROM Library series. He has written a number of articles on estate planning subjects that have appeared in national professional and financial magazines.
