About the Book

Whenever Harrold envisioned the girl of his dreams, he never really thought much about her attire. Indeed, he often focused on a distinct lack of clothing. So it was that when he actually met her, he was surprised by the fact she was wearing only a towel. But this surprise was nothing compared to his shock at discovering where it is all the missing socks go when they disappear from the dryer. And this shock paled before his astonishment at the conspiracy he unwittingly discovered that was intent on enslaving all of mankind. As for the fact that his efforts to save the world were hampered by a recalcitrant wrist watch, malfunctioning household appliances, and good old-fashioned human bureaucracy, well, that really came as no surprise at all.

Now Harrold must race against-and indeed-through time in an effort to save mankind from one of the greatest threats it has ever faced. As he faces unique and unsettling perils, Harrold stays focused on an even more important goal: seeing more of that woman in the towel.
