About the Book

Some of the most important organizations in our culture become unmanageable due mostly to governing authorities that don't understand nor care about the vital missions of these organizations. About the Author

Mike LaRue spent most of his career in an unmanageable organization, the Topeka Zoological Park. During more than 28 years at the Topeka Zoo, he worked his way through all levels of the organization working his last 5 years as Zoo Director.

The author has contributed to several books; The Mother Earth Handbook and Przewalski’s Horse: The History and Biology of an Endangered Species.
