About the Author

Barbara Brannen spent twenty-eight years working as a Human Resource Professional at organizations ranging from hospitals to technology firms. Her life has been devoted to finding playful ways to solve serious problems. The organizations she worked with are the beneficiaries of Barbara's many playful ideas. This book is an outgrowth of that work and her own journey to put more play back into her life. Barbara has been recognized as the Human Resource Professional of the Year, by the Colorado Human Resource Association, and currently teaches and consults on play with individuals and businesses throughout the United States.
