Paula Gamonal has managed people in the financial, advertising, law enforcement, and technology industries. She co-founded Ravenwerks, an online community of managers and executives that share ideas on leadership, teamwork, customer service, best practices, and above all, people management.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Utah, and a black belt in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do.
