About the Book

Only three people know who murdered Marjorie Crossman’s husband and they aren’t talking. The death of her husband was devastating but the ritualistic way in which it was carried out only intensified her sorrow. She is determined to see that the person or persons responsible pay dearly for turning her life into a living nightmare.

Gordan Macbeth, a private investigator in Houston, Texas, has his own problems. Kids at Charterwood High School are dropping like flies. Macbeth’s quest to determine the reason for these suicides further complicates his dysfunctional lifestyle while his friend, Bob Jeeter, a detective with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department, worries that Macbeth’s investigation might come back to haunt them both.

Rod Sexton, a former Marine and Vietnam veteran, lives with his wife near Houston, Texas where he is a Certified Public Accountant. This is his second work of fiction. His first novel was A LITTLE REBELLION: APRIL 15TH SURPRISE.
