About the Author
Stephen E. Kohn is a highly experienced management coach who has provided leadership development services to executives for over 15 years and employee counseling services and organizational development services for over 20 years. Formerly Executive Vice-President of Paul Sherman and Associates, Mr. Kohn is now President of Work and People Solutions, a human resources management consulting firm. He specializes in helping organizations address troublesome people problems and helping managers develop interpersonal human relations skills. Mr. Kohn earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his graduate degree from Adelphi University.
Vincent D. O?Connell is a consultant in human resources and behavioral sciences. He currently serves as Principal and Senior Partner at Work & People Solutions. Previously, Mr. O?Connell worked in consulting positions with the Hay Group and Buck Consultants. He is a graduate of Brown University and attended the Baruch College/Cornell Joint Program in Industrial Labor Relations, concentrating in human resources management. He has published articles on behavioral health benefit topics in several professional journals, including Compensation and Benefits Management. He has led many corporate workshops in management communications skills, both oral and written.
