About the Author
Charles Raymond Dillon is a native of Los Angeles. He has written novels and contributed extensively for magazines and the government.
Dillon received a B.A. from Westminister College and is a diplomat of the Air War College and Naval War College. He has served in the U.S. Military and is a member of MENSA.
