All that you are about to read comes from years of self-taught experience. This is not a compilation of magazine articles. There will not be any ringing endorsements of specific products designed to sell you one product over another. What you are about to read is a book about turkey hunting.

About the Author

I was born on Feb. 23, 1955 in South Carolina. I was raised in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. When I was young, I really had no idea of what the wilderness was all about, or how much fun a person might have in it. Once a month or so my family would load up the car and drive to a lake outside of town. I would fish, without much knowledge of what I was doing, and I think those learning experiences when I was a child are ultimately what led me down the path that got me in front of this computer to write this book.
