At the same time, there’s a serial murderer on the loose in River City―who is preying on its homeless residents.

The author’s earlier novel, Work, Death & Taxes, is an apocalyptic murder mystery of the near future that asks the question, “What would it be like if your JOB became your LIFE?” He is currently working on a non-fiction book.

About the Author

Steve Propp is a career civil servant who lives and works in downtown Sacramento, California. He has a BA in Music from CSU Sacramento.
