About the Author

Bill North began flying as a teenager. He has flown in many areas of the west, but most enjoys flying in the Idaho wilderness where the Silver Wings stories are set. He has degrees from San Diego State College and Idaho State University. He and Six Two Echo live and fly in southern Idaho, where he also works as a school librarian.
