About the Author

Connie Joyner is a graduate of the University of Vermont and a former teacher. A real estate broker for over 30 years, she specialized in residential and land sales. Connie and her husband, Jerry, a builder, live in Westfield, Massachusetts, and love to travel, visiting their two children and three grandchildren.
