About the Author
John J. Kerecz started martial arts training at the age of seven in 1968 and has made its philosophy a part of his life ever since. His academic achievements include degrees in Chemistry and Computer science, a BS and MS in Environmental Engineering, and a Doctorate in Religious Studies. He currently lives in central PA with his wife and two children.
