Stoker is a retired Chief Electronics Technician whose career included service in various duty assignments, including USS Eldorado, USS England, USS John Paul Jones, Boat Support Unit One, Fleet Combat Directions Systems Training Center, and both BE/EP and ET?A' and Schools. He now lives in the Phoenix area.
