About the Book
What are the two basic truths of The Bible or the Tanach to the Jewish People?
First, God is holy--He said so Himself (Leviticus 11:44-45, 19:2, 20:26; Isaiah 6:3) .
Secondly, God did not create sin- (Genesis 1:10, 1:18, 1:22. 1:31).
Thus, Man was created innocent, but almost immediately broke the one commandment given to him in Genesis and, as a result, became a sinner, alienated from a holy God. God, however, provided for man to be reconciled through a substitute sacrifice, but all of the substitutes were inadequate until the sacrifice promised in Isaiah came. Therefore, all men, of all faiths, can, through faith in God and in His sacrifice, participate in the blessing of God and His forgiveness forever.
