About the Author

Jim Brown is a former coach of baseball, football, basketball and track. His successful career was diverse, having guided teams at virtually every level of competition from junior high to junior college. He is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, where he competed on the intercollegiate baseball team and was sports editor of the college newspaper. Coach Brown has been a free-lance writer and columnist for numerous newspapers.
