About the Author

Donald Krist has been a newspaper reporter, editor, (Better Homes & Gardens Books) and successful public relations executive. (U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce, Meredith Publishing Corp.) His articles have appeared in newspapers coast to coast and in numerous magazines including Seventeen, SportsIllustrated, Advertising Age, Woman’s Day, Popular Science, and Variety. A journalism graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, Mr. Krist was an instructor in public relations there for 13 years. He took early retirement from his 15-year-long post as executive vice-president of a major Iowa business group to devote his full time to writing and is currently completing a novel.
